Prologue 5/10/2011

Katie lives in a sweet condo with her Havanese dog in a happening neighborhood.  She doesn’t like many vegetables, has never had an Egg McMuffin, and loves cheese.  All of these interesting eating preferences and lively lifestyle, who has time or even wants to cook for one?!  Katie has developed eating habits that revolve around dinners usually taking less than 10 minutes of preparation.  This blog sets the stage for Kooking with Katie.

  1. You are crazy! And I don't hate all vegetables, just the healthy ones. I like carrots and corn. And do potatoes count? I've never figured that one out. Also, you know I had a McMuffin last week!

  2. You should try this green bean casserole. It has a secret ingredient (canned mushroom soup) ssshhhh.
oh and on the top....wait for it....it is crispy onions! they are kinda hard to find at the store. Sometimes they put them in the canned vegetable isle and sometimes in the condiment isle. YOU DECIDE!
